Apt to find fault; habitually complaining; disposed to murmur; as, a querulous man or people. Enmity can hardly be more annoying that querulous, jealous, exacting fondness. --Macaulay. 3. Expressing complaint; fretful; whining; as, a querulous tone of voice.
